All payments are processed securely through Hit.Pay, which is PCI-DSS compliant

and uses industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect your payment data.

**3. Payment Confirmation**
After a successful payment, you will receive:
- An email confirmation
- A receipt or payment reference number

**PAYMENT GATEWAY & PAYMENT POLICY**

 

Thank you for shopping with RIDEWILD! Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping:

**📍 SHIPPING AREAS **
We ship throughout Malaysia and selected international destinations. If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, feel free to contact us.

**⏱ PROCESSING TIMES**
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

**🚚 DELIVERY TIMES & COURIERS**
- **West Malaysia**: 2–4 business days via PosLaju or J&T
- **East Malaysia**: 3–7 business days via PosLaju
- **International**: 7–14 business days (via DHL or others, depending on location)

Please note that delays may occur during festive seasons or due to courier disruptions.

 

**💰 SHIPPING FEES **
- **Flat Rate**: RM10 for West Malaysia, RM15 for East Malaysia
- **Free Shipping**: For orders over RM150 (Malaysia only)
- **International Rates**: Calculated at checkout based on destination & weight

 

**📦 TRACKING INFORMATION **
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can check the status on the courier’s website.

 

**❗ SHIPPING DELAYS OR PROBLEMS **

Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.

**RETURNS**

- You have **14 days** to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  - Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  - In the original packaging
  - Accompanied by a proof of purchase

**NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:**
- Sale items
- Custom or personalized products

**RETURN SHIPPING**

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

**REFUNDS**

- Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error).

**EXCHANGES**

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.
